Booking & cancellation policy

When booking a patch test a non-refundable £10 deposit will be required to be paid by bank transfer on booking.  This cost will be deducted from your treatment.  Bookings are unable to be taken without this deposit being paid.

If you are a new client, a non-refundable 50% of treatment payment will be requited to be paid on booking of your treatment.  Payment will be by bank transfer and the amount will be deducted from your final treatment cost. Bookings are unable to be taken without this deposit being paid.  

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of the appointment being sat you forfeit your deposit.  Exceptions by personal agreement from Sam.

Existing clients if you fail to turn up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment being sat, you will be required to pay 50% of the treatment cost, plus 50% upfront if you with to rebook.
